We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro areas and up to 7 business days for regional locations.
How do I return an item I purchased online?
You can return your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be processed via our online portal or at any standalone Levi’s® Australia retail store.
How do I find my perfect fit in Levi’s® jeans?
We recommend using our online Size Guide found on each product page. Our range includes various fits from Skinny to Relaxed; if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for 100% cotton denim and staying true to size for stretch denim.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. You may return your items for a refund once they have been delivered.
Do you offer a hem or repair service?
Yes, our Levi’s® Tailor Shops (located in select flagship stores) offer customization, repairs, and hemming services to help you extend the life of your denim.
