At Levi’s® Australia, we want you to love your denim; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package the Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund.
